- Thinking: ‘They harmed someone I love, but what can I possibly do?’ you get rid of resentment.
- Thinking: ‘They are harming someone I love, but what can I possibly do?’ you get rid of resentment.
- Thinking: ‘They will harm someone I love, but what can I possibly do?’ you get rid of resentment.
